All crewmembers ordering coveralls may complete an appropriate fit-testing of standard uniform sample sizes provided to ensure they identify their correct uniform size prior to ordering uniforms.
An employees first initial of first name and full last name shall be affixed above the right breast pocket of uniform shirts and coveralls. Nicknames and middle names are not authorized.
